Founded by Kerry Breen and her sons Mark Breen-Klein and Erik Thomsen, Independent Spirits Distillery is a family-owned craft distillery located on a ten-acre farm in Woolwich Township, NJ. This grain-to-glass operation produces small-batch vodka, gin, rye, bourbon, aquavit, moonshine, and fruit liqueurs using locally grown ingredients and a custom-built Mueller still.
Guests can visit the barn-style tasting room Friday through Sunday to enjoy handcrafted cocktails, sample award-winning spirits, and purchase bottles to take home. The space is also available for private events with a relaxed, bring-your-own-food atmosphere.
